Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased on the Isabel Marant Official Online Store can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-paid return label provided in your original shipment over the previous delivery tracking.

  Ship Your Return

  Schedule a collection with the courier indicated on your return label or drop off your package at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and verifies the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
